Most Popular Kuilau Ridge Trail Hike and Forest Pool Swim
Our most popular tour for good reason. The rewards are great, the views magnificent and we play and swim in a wonderful forest pool! The Kuilau Ridge trail is a moderate uphill hike of 1000 feet on a gradual incline. When we reach the point you wish to turn back, we head back for water fun!

Keahua Arboretum Tour
An easy walking tour or stroll in the picturesque Keahua Arboretum next to a lovely stream with many pools. Your guide has some legends to share of the Royalty (alii) that played here. Sheltered picnic tables provide a good place for your snacks. Cinnamon trees, passion fruit vines, and Rainbow Eucalyptus trees are some of the special plants here. After the Tour, it's a great place for a picnic.

Belly of The Sleeping Giant Hike
A fern-filled jungle hike with a gradual elevation gain of 400 feet. Native ferns, moss and strawberry guava trees line the mainly shaded forest path. At the scenic lookout and covered rest spot, enjoy expansive sweeping views of the East and Southside of Kauai including Mount Waialeale. It's muddy in sections and has mosquitos so bring your bug repellant.

Kuilau Ridge and Molalepe Trail Hike
We hike the Kuilau Ridge Trail to the plateau but after our rest and snack, we head on. We continue along multiple ridges, with deep vine covered valleys and drop offs on either side of the trail. We cross a wood bridge to enter the Molalepe trail. Here we are in a magical forest of moss, towering ferns and giant paper eucalyptus trees. At the Makaleha mountain overlook, we head back.

Sleeping Giant Mountain Hike
Up we hike 1000 feet to the "chin" of The Sleeping Giant - Nounou Mountain. It's a work out and the hardest trail we lead. Here we enter an enchanting grove of immense Cook Pines. Your guide will point out the many plants and tell stories of long ago. At the sheltered picnic area at the plateau we celebrate our accomplishment and enjoy the sweeping Pacific ocean and mountain vistas.
