        NouNou Mountain Hike

Up, up we hike with the furthest destination of the "chin" of the Sleeping Giant mountain. It's a heart and lungs work out and the hardest hardest trail we do. We enter the quiet and majestic grove of Cook Pines that tower 150 feet above our heads. At the end of the trail, at the sheltered picnic area, we enjoy the 180 degree vistas of Kalalea mountain ( King Kong Peak) sweeping ocean views and Mount Waieleele.
